Courier Web

Gmail Login

• Please, log in to Gmail. (Gmail Login)
• Open the message you want to see the header.
• Click the arrow next to reply, at the top of the message pane down.
• Select Show original.

The full headers will open in a new window.

Hotmail

• Please, log in to your Hotmail account.
• In the left menu, select Inbox.
• Make a right click on the message you want to see the header, and then select view message source.

The full headers will open in a new window.

Yahoo

• Login to your Yahoo account ! Mail.
• Open the message you want to see the header.
• Click on the Actions dropdown menu, and then select Show the full header.

The full headers will open in a new window.

Customers heavy

Apple Mail

• Open Apple Mail.
• Click the message you want to see the header.
• Go to the view menu.
• Select Message, then long headers.

The full headers will appear in the window underneath your Inbox.

Thunderbird

• Open Thunderbird.
• Click the message you want to see the header.
• Click the view menu and select source Code of the message.

The full headers will open in a new window.

Outlook

• Open Outlook.
• Double-click a message to open it.
• Click the file tab.
• Click Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, the headers appear in the Internet headers box.

For earlier versions of Outlook

• Open Outlook.
• Open the message you want to see the header.
• Click the view menu and select Options... |
