Introduction

Dans EX10 deleted items retention is of 14 days by default. However you can change this value from your manager EX10. This article describes how to proceed.

Connecti

Go to your interface https://manager.ex10.biz and connect you with your login information.

Amendment

Changing retention value can then be done at the level of the plan, the organization-level or at the level of the mailbox

Plan

In your account in the part welcome The account m Choose Hosting plans to access the configuration of your plans. Then select that you want to modify.

Organizatio

In the interface of your organization choose Storage limits in part Exchange the menu to the left to change the value of overall retention of your organization.

Changing the value lies in the part Deletion settings -> Keep deleted for items : X days.

If you are do Save and apply to all inboxes the change will be reflected to all mailboxes in your organization.

If you are do Save changes It will be only new mailboxes created.

Messaging

In the interface of your organization choose Messaging in part Exchange from the left menu to access the management of mailboxes in your organization.

Then select that you want to modify.
