Management on your Plesk Onyx management interface

Please note that the master NS or primary NS, i.e. the SOA field, must be the reverse DNS of the server hosting your site.

Enter your domain name and click on Info

You need to retrieve the information from the Host field and the IP address field.

You'll get a field like linheb0X.ikoula.com or winheb0X.ikoula.com, which should be the first ns to be filled in.
