Activate the Zimbra activity flow

Your mailbox is overloaded with non-important emails? (Newsletter, advertisement, social media messages...)

With Zimbra, you can easily filter these emails by routing them to the "Activity Feed" folder. They will no longer appear in your inbox.

How can I activate my feed?

1. Click the gear icon in the folders area of the control panel navigation and select Activity Feed.

2. Check the box "Configure the movement of messages in the stream activity".

3. Select the type of mail to move:

• Emails which do not mention your address in the To or Cc field.
• Emails from people who does not belong to your address book.
• Emails sent to a distribution list which you are a member of.
• Commercial emails, marketing emails and other bulk mailings.

4. click on "Save".

The "Activity Feed" folder has been added to your folder list, and all emails that meet the filtering criteria you have defined will be sent directly to this folder and not to your inbox.
