Creating an appointment with the Mini calendar in Zimbra

Note: If you don't see a mini calendar, it means that:
- Your organization as no enabled the mini calendar.
- The preference is turned of [Preferences > Calendar > Always show the mini calendar].
Please check your preferences and, if you need to, contact your system admin. or email service provider.
You could use the Zimbra mini calendar two ways:
- From an email: This is a great shortcut because it opens an appointment tab that autamically includes everyone in the email to/from/cc list, the content of the email and any attachment from it!
- From any Zimbra Tab: You have to right click any date on the mini calendar and select: New Appointment.
