Changing your Zimbra Preferences

With Zimbra, you can change many preferences to fit your work habits and needs. Here are some highlights:
To change your preferences
1. Click the preferences tab. The preferences are listed in the overview panel.
2. Click on "General". You can change:
- Theme: Theme (colors of the interface) ; Font
- Time zone and language displayed
- Search folders included in your searches
On the email page
You will find options to customize how Zimbradisplays messages and how Zimbra responds to received messages such as:
- Specify an action when you receive a message (show a pop-up notification, flash the browser title...)
- Forward a copy of the message to an email address
- Send notifications to other addresses (could be helpful if you don't check your Zimbra mailbox so often)
Other preferences pages include
- Accounts: Link your other emails accounts to Zimbra, you will see all your emails.
- Filters: For creating mail rules or filters.
- Out of office: For creating "out of office" or "vacation" messages.
- Signatures: Creating signatures.
- Calendar: Create your own calendar settings, views, working hours...
- Sharing: Create and manage your shared items.
- Shortcuts: View / Print the keybord shortcuts available.
