It is a Microsoft bug.
When this happens, it must go through Internet Explorer and add the sit e ex10.biz in compatibility list :
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Click on "Tools " in the menu bar (alt key to make it appear on IE 6 and higher )
- Click on "Compatibility view settings
- Add the sit e ex10.biz
