When you create an appointment in Zimbra, you can specify a pop up reminder.
You can set up your emails or SMS reminders in Zimbra preferences: To set up emails or text reminders:
1. Click on the preferences tab.
2. Click on notification.
3. Complete the fields.
4. Save your setting.
Note: If you do not have a Notifications option, your company has not enabled. You might contact your System Admin or email service provider for more information.
When you create an appointment or task, you will notice new options in the reminders, as shown below:
- Click the email box to send a reminder to your email address.
- Click on the SMS box to send a reminder to your phone.
