What is the conversation view ?
Here, a summary of what is the "Conversation View" in Zimbra:
- All email with the same subject is grouped into a conversation.
You can easily notice when you are in the conversation view from:
- The collapse/extend arrows
- The number of messages in the conversation
- Several names in the "From" column
How to switch to message view ?
You can switch to message view. It is a classic display where all emails are shown in a different row.' To switch from conversation view, select "View By message"
Note: To see if you are in message view, check the mail icons.
