You may want to share your calendar information with a person outside your organization. And you can do it with just one link. The person can click the link to see your disponibilities.
To share your calendar via a link:
1. click the gear icon in the Calendar panel.
2. Choose "Send Free & Busy link" as option
3. Select the link format (For instance HTML)
A new window opens with the link. Send it to the person you want to see your calendar.
