Go at your customer space: https://orderng02.ikoula.com/cp/ and log in you.
Click on the tab "Compte" :
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Abonnements":
Then click on the name of the service you want to cancel:
And click on "Demander à résilier un abonnement":
