In Event Viewer you have the following error :

Solution
Start a command prompt in Administrator, then make you the folder "Tools" de CRM :
cd "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools"
Then run the command :
Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WRPCKeyRenewal.exe /R
Enable comment auto-refresher
