Installing the Acronis Backup Agent on a Windows Device

==Steps== 

To add a device click on the "add" button, this action will allow you to download the backup agent corresponding to the system of your device. It will then install this agent on the device to be backed up.

You will then need to run the installer and register the device on the Acronis Backup account.

When you subscribe to the Ikoua backup by Acronis offer you will receive an email containing your username and asking you to create a password for your Acronis account at Ikoula.

On the interface https://acronis.ikoula.com, once connected, at the top right, click on "add" then go to the offline installer. Choose your version (32/64 bits)

Two choices are available to you:

There you have to click on "Create .mst and .msi files for an unattended installation".

The registration token is obtained on the interface https://acronis.ikoula.com, when you click on add, at the bottom you have the possibility to generate one:

If a user mistype his password more than 5 times in 30 minutes, his account will be locked. it unlocked itself after 30 minutes. it can be unlocked manually by the administrator in the EX10 manager.
The administrator simply has to uncheck the "locked" checkbox of the user, in the users section of EX10 manager.

They also has to contain characters from three of the following four categories :
